Turnaround Time 

We aim to ship made to order orders out within 2.5 weeks (business days only) Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking info. All domestic orders are shipped USPS.

Accessories shown are not included.

International Shipping 

All international packages are shipped International First Class.
You are responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.

Customs fees are your responsibility.

If you refuse to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us we will not refund your money.

You will need to pay additional shipping fees to have your package resent. 

Damaged and Lost Mail

SkatebabyCo is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. If your item has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office. Once a package is shipped and into the hands of the postal carrier we are unable to help with finding it.

Returns

Returns / Refunds /Cancellations are not accepted unless we are at fault for sending a wrong/damaged item. Please read each item description carefully before purchasing.
